FAQs

Q1. Is the UAE Visa fee included?

Ans. Yes, this package is inclusive of the cost of a Single Entry Tourist Visa (30 Days). To apply, we will need a passport-sized photo and a scanned copy of your passport in color.

Q2. What is the Dirham Fee of Tourism?

Ans. It is a government tax that is imposed on each room each night. In case of a 3-star hotel, it will be AED 10 per night (total of AED 40 in 4 nights) paid at the hotel itself.

Q3. Does the City Tour include the entry to Burj Khalifa?

Ans. No, the City Tour is a drive-through and photo tour. There is an optional addition of entrance tickets to the Burj Khalifa (At The Top). We are able to make this reservation on your behalf at an extra fee.

Q4. Is desert safari safe to children and the elderly?

Ans. The dune bashing can be bumpy. It should not be used by infants, pregnant women, or individuals who have severe back problems. In their case, we can have a direct drop to the desert camp without the dune bashing.

Q5. Is the food Halal?

Ans. All food that is served at the hotel, the Desert Safari, and the Dhow Cruise is 100 percent Halal.

Q6. Does the Desert Safari have a dress code?

Ans. Informal and easy-to-wear clothes are the best. Sand gets into shoes, hence we suggest wearing sandals or flip-flops. One should have a light jacket because the desert can be chilly at night.

Q7. Is it possible to take alcohol duty-free?

Ans. Yes, alcohol is sold at the Dubai Airport Duty-Free (maximum of 4 liters per capita) and can be consumed in your hotel room. Nevertheless, it cannot be consumed on the road or carried to the Desert Safari.

Q8. Are there tours that are accompanied by water?

Ans. Yes, the bottled water is usually served at the Desert Safari and City Tour. Meals (Lunch) are also not covered unless mentioned.

Q9. When is the Desert Safari pick up?

Ans. The pickup is normally between 2.30 PM and 3.30 PM, again depending on where you are located in the hotel or not. The driver will call you up in advance.

Q10. Do I need “Ok to Board” (OTB)?

Ans. Certain types of visas necessitate OTB verification of some airlines (such as Indigo, SpiceJet, Air India Express). We will aid you in this provided your flight demands it.
