FAQs
Q1. Does the package include the Taxation of Tourism?
Q2. Is a Malaysian visa free for Indian citizens?
Ans. Presently, Indian citizens have Visa-Free entry (according to the recent government regulations). You have to fill out the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online 3 days prior to travel, however.
Q3. Is airfare included?
Ans. No, international airline tickets will not be provided under this package. We are also able to help you book flights individually.
Q4. Are lunch and dinner included?
Ans. No, only breakfast is provided daily. Malaysia is a food heaven, and there are cheap food items starting with the street food (about RM 10-20) up to the fine dining.
Q5. What is the dress code for the trip to Genting Highlands?
Ans. Genting is not as hot as the city. We suggest that one carry a light jacket or sweater. Wear comfortable walking shoes also.
Q6. Do theme park tickets form a part of the trip to Genting?
Ans. No, this is only a package that covers the return Cable Car ride. More tickets will be required to reach Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park or SkyWorlds Outdoor Theme Park.
Q7. Any vegetarian food in Kuala Lumpur?
Ans. Kuala Lumpur is home to a big Indian population. South Indian and North Indian vegetarian restaurants are very easily found, particularly in Little India (Brickfields).
Q8. Do Batu caves have a dress code?
Ans. Yes, it is a religious site. Tourists should wear clothes covering their shoulders as well as their knees. When you are not dressed in the right way sarongs may be hired at the entrance.
Q9. What is the size of the luggage allowed on the transfers?
Ans. The general baggage is 1 bag and 1 handbag per person check-in. In case you carry additional luggage, then it is better to notify us early enough so that we can hire a bigger vehicle (there might be a surcharge).
Q10. Is the hotel near the city centre?
Ans. Yes, we have 3-star hotels within the city centre (such as within the Bukit Bintang or Pudu areas) so that shopping malls and public transport are easy to reach.
