1. Our Role: We Are Your Travel Agents
It is important to understand that Wander Mint acts solely as an intermediary agent. We connect you with third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local tour guides (collectively, “Suppliers”).
- The Contract: When you make a booking, your contract for the service is directly with the Supplier, not Wander Mint.
- Supplier Terms: You are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific airline or hotel you book. If their rules conflict with ours regarding specific service usage, their rules prevail.
2. Payments & Pricing
We strive for transparency. Here is how our payment structure works:
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Amex. We do not charge processing fees for these cards.
- Currency & Rates: All prices are per person. Rates are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.
- What’s Not Included: Unless explicitly stated, our prices do not include personal expenses such as:
- Passport and Visa fees
- Airport taxes or security deposits
- Hotel amenities (mini-bar, laundry)
- Food and beverages not listed in the itinerary

3. Booking Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. However, as we pay our suppliers in advance, the following policies apply.
Changing Your Booking
If you wish to modify a confirmed booking (e.g., change dates), you must cancel the existing booking and re-book. The new booking will be subject to current prices. We may, at our discretion, try to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee them.
4. Your Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth trip, you are responsible for the following:
- Documentation: You must hold a valid passport (with 6+ months validity) and necessary visas. We are not liable for entry refusals.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Wander Mint is not responsible for expenses related to medical emergencies, lost luggage, or trip interruptions.
- Conduct: You are responsible for your behavior. If your actions cause damage, danger, or distress to others, we or our Suppliers reserve the right to terminate your trip immediately without refund.
- Vouchers: You are responsible for printing and presenting the booking vouchers we send you. The lead passenger must present a valid ID that matches the voucher details.
5. Liability & Force Majeure
While we vet our partners carefully, Wander Mint is not liable for events beyond our control.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather.
- Personal Injury: We do not accept liability for personal injury, death, or loss of property caused by the negligence of third-party Suppliers.
6. Complaints & Disputes
- On-Trip Issues: If you have an issue during your trip, you must inform the service provider (hotel/driver) and Wander Mint immediately. Failure to report the issue at the time of occurrence limits our ability to help and may void your right to future compensation.
7. Marketing & Communication
By using our services, you agree to receive booking confirmations and promotional updates from us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the footer of our emails.
